Self Assembling Robots

These small but smart robots are in the early stages of an ambitious development project that seems to be something straight out of a Transformers movie. Engineers are working to make the robots capable of self assembly, joining together to achieve complex tasks that they are not able to do by themselves.

Long term goals for the project include the robots being able to self heal and to help humans locate victims after disasters.
